Tech Support Intern Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain all computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Assist students and staff with troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware and software.
Provide support for school-related technology needs, including classroom equipment and online platforms.
Document and track issues and resolutions in a support ticket system.
Collaborate with IT staff to implement upgrades and new technologies.
Conduct basic training sessions for students and faculty on using technology effectively.
Help maintain inventory of technology equipment and supplies.
